Yes, I'm proud of my sexuality yet when I express my pride to be an African American and that my life matters, it seemed as if my leadership team preferred that I'd not make so much noise about that part of who I am. I was told that I had to remove my BLM mask when speaking with external customers. Literally and figuratively, I'm no longer willing to hide who I am.
